i have my rising in libra!! theyre very charming people who are able to hold casual conversations esp with authority or people they’ve just met and not sound awkward and thats what i love about it. they tend to attract people, especially aries or very outgoing people. they just have this friendly charm that’s very pleasant & attractive!!
